Blog aggregator / ping site project

I am looking for someone who can code a Malaysian blog aggregator site, Project Petaling Street ([login to view URL]) into PHP/MySQL. Currently, the site is running on Movable Type, a system that is using CGI and causing a lot of problems for the hosting server. Details of what this project entails can be seen in this document: [login to view URL] (early draft) [login to view URL] (finalised specs) We have the design PSD, so all you need to do is (should you be accepted) get the design from us and code the system. We are also hoping that you can modify the CSS styling in such a way that the site theme will "change" according to holiday seasons. Details on that will be provided later should you be selected.
