Complete a website redesign

I have a social script that I will need to be finished up. It is 95% complete and the rest is just the CSS to make it look like the theme that it came with. I have attached a file as an example and will need the rest of the site to be styled as the original. I also need to have my paypal buttons integrated, - I want the new theme to be styled like the the original theme. - Voice and video chat box will need to have the same look as the new theme. - There are a few images that I will need to have uploaded. the script is from dzoic and it is the handshakes social script...please have a look at is so that you can make sure that you can do the job. Additional details will be discussed in skype * This project is going to take less than 10 hours to complete and that is the type of person that I am looking for. I have received bids at around $35....but I will give $50-$60 to the right person who can get the job done. Max $50-$60 and a great review plus I have another project that can be discussed with the right person that will pay more.
