This is *not* a programming project, but support for a research project. The Buyer is looking for an individual or group who is able to quickly classify 3,000 articles in the online encyclopedia Wikipedia according to the Library of Congress classification outline ([login to view URL]).
While some background in librarianship or information science is desirable, it is not necessary. Good fluency in English and a broad education is all that is required.
This is a task that is easily split among a number of content coders. I would want the project completed in no more than 21 days total.
## Deliverables
The Buyer will provide a list of URLs for each of the articles to be coded. The Seller will provide a spreadsheet or CSV file containing the LC classification for each of these articles. A sample of the returned classification will be spot-checked by a librarian. Inter-coder reliability must exceed 95%. The compiled coding will become public domain. All coding must be delivered within 21 days of the start of work.
