Clerical/typing/research(web)/misc (BB)

I have an on-going need for assistants to help with clerical type of tasks in most timezones. A few details: 1. Instructions would be provided by a set of voice instructions (a .wav file) and a weblink for responses to be entered, and also for additional supporting documents for the assistant. 2. Assignments/jobs may come exclusively to you, or may be put into a "pool" of assistants, with the first assistant to "grab" the job getting that particular job. 3. I will be awarding multiple bidders on this project - all of whom will be given work and paid. Bidder must provide: 1. An hourly rate 2. Languages you speak, read, write fluently. 3. Furnish the hours of availability in terms of GMT and also US-Central time. 4. Other obligations/committments (i.e. another full-time job, etc.) that might interfere with assignments taken ## Deliverables Bidder must also comment on each of the following: 1. Be able to read, write, speak English. 2. Be available to pickup assignments from their email witin a specified period of time (usually 10-15 minutes of receipt). 3. Be very knowledgable with search engines and web sites in general. Specify experience. 4. Have Windows-XP as their desktop system (preferably Windows-XP-Pro). 6. Be able to learn our online management system. 7. Have a microphone/headset that can be used with the Xlite softphone (download from [login to view URL]). 8. Excellent work habits, always timely, and keeps promises. Preferred: 1. Have a cell phone with text messaging enabled. If you have this, you will be notified via text message when an assignment is available for you to start on, it's "priority" (how soon it has to be started), and the "deadline" (when it has to be completed). Also, if you have text messaging, you will be able to "Reply" and grab the assignment for yourself. 2. Not critical, but helpful - Ability to be available via cell phone (prefer Cingular or TMobile users, but that is NOT critical). 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
