Collect and format listing of symptoms

Very easy collecting and formatting job... I need a text file of "symptoms" in this format: 1. alphabetical 2. one per line 3. first letter of each word Capitalized. There are many sites with symptoms listed like this one: <[login to view URL]> Using that site as an example, you would need to click on each letter of the alphabet to gather ALL symptoms. Any ones with brackets next to it like this, Abdominal Cramps (Abdominal Pain) would be listed like this, Abdominal Cramps just remove the bracketed symptom so as not to duplicate because all bracketed symptoms are also listed by themselves elsewhere in alphabetical order. The list should look like this when completed (then placed alphabetical)... Abdominal Cramps Abdominal Discomfort Abdominal Pain Abnormal Menstruation Abnormal Taste Back Ache Ear Ache Tooth Ache Acid Indigestion etc. *Note- some have a comma " , " like Ache, Back.
