Digital Download on webpage via paypal

I have/will have a website that sells high volume digitally downloaded products via a paypal gateway. I need a way for it to as part of the checkout to look into a database and deliver the digital product automatlicly. I currently have to manually email the product. There will be no more than 8 product types. basicly as the margin on each download is very low and i'm selling a lot I need to cut down the maunal imput I have in to this.
