Category Population - Magento

There is an SQL file with product category details - a total of 232 categories. You need to look at the parent_category and cat_id to figure out the category tree and populate into Magento. cat_priority is the sort order 1 (first) and bigger number comes later. cat_desc should be the description of the category and if cat_hidden = 1 it should be enabled but not visible from the navigation. All categories should be 'enabled'. There is on-going work after this.
