Contractor Needed to enter data from PDF into an Excel sprea

I am seeking a contractor to take data from a .pdf document and enter it into an excel spreadsheet. Both the pdf. document and excel spreadsheet will be sent separately. There are 120 total entries to enter. Information needs to be divided into categories - company name, city, country, address, contact person, phone 1, phone 2, fax, e-mail 1, e-mail 2, e-mail 3, website.
