contact form with drop-down fields and captcha verification

I have set up a test form at - [login to view URL] The form works perfect, but drop-down fields and comment field are returned blank, when the form is submitted with the wrong verification code. All manually entered data into the form are returned correctly. (If you test the form: For now there must be any entry in the message box. Otherwise error. I would like to have this corrected as well, since the message box does not need to be filled in each time). Now my question is: What needs to be done, so that ALL fields, incl. the drop-down fields and the message field is returned with their original values. All files to determine the error should be attached. Should you need more info, kindly advise. Please quote the total price. Thank you.
