Access Change Case Function

I need an ACCESS function call that will convert the case of a field to SENTENCE case (first letter of each sentence captalized). I also need the ability to have an exceptions table (search and replace) in which I can place words, letter combinations, and phrases that will always be captalized as indicated. This portion of the code should execute after the Sentence Case portion - but the entire routine should be 1 call.
