Access DB (with installer) for small checkout

We need a MS Access database produced. It will work with the Metrologic MS9520 type barcode scanner, keyboard wedge model. This model sends a barcode just like it was typed from the keyboard, no special interfaces or drivers are needed for this. It will have three functions: 1/ Administrator will scan each product, and add a price for that product by typing it in. Administrator can later change price if needed. 2/ User can scan a product, then select a quantity, and it will output the price per item and total price to the screen. 3/ Adminstrator at the end of each day can generate a query of the products sold that day, price and number of each, and total price. I want this to be installable so I can distribute it to the small shop. This means it is to include the Access Runtime in the installation as they may not have Access. I want to be able to change the database myself in the future, please provide instructions on how the installation can be repackaged for a modified database. You are also to remove the Access splash screen and icon (there are many tutorials on these easy two steps on the web). i.e. I don't want the end user to easily see it is an Access DB unless they look into the disk and see the .mdb or whatever. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows ME, 2000, XP.
