Adding Tabbed-View to Magento Theme

In my case it is not default theme Website URL is [login to view URL] Theme name is mrtronics (ftp and admin info will be provided to the winning bidder) I tried to add the tabs and i messed up somewhere and now its not displaying properly even i have removed the changes which i made so you need to fix this as well.
