Auto Site Creation Templates

Hey, I need 30 unique templates created for use with software that auto generates webpages. These templates should be very simple, but each one should look different so that they look like separate sites. I would also like a very simple piece of software created to be used with these templates. We can go over the exact details later, but basically I want to be able to pick any given template for a site, and then be able to fill in a couple boxes for the data, and have the data changed for that template. The html code would then be shown so that I can copy and paste it somewhere. Again, everything is very simple as long as you can work in css and html, and build the simple software that I need. (Added) I am getting a lot of questions about the templates and the software, so I will add a couple examples of THE MOST that I would need from a template: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Of course some of them I would want much more simple than that. Each template will have certain things embedded into and some of those things I want to change without going into the html. I have a pretty good Idea of what the software will contain. Basically it will have a box at the top with a small picture of each template so I know which one I am choosing. Below this picture section will be the different fields I can change within the template. So things like colors, certain text that I specify, and a few other things. So the CSS and the HTML will have to be changed. I would like that these changes I make not be saved forever, but just showup on the output file. Once the fields are specified by me, the file can then be saved into a folder, or the html can just be outputed on screen. Again, if you can do software such as this, and design very simple, unique templates (each one looks different), this project should be fairly easy. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Not sure.
