Avactis Site Addon/Mod

Need a sales team module built into an Avactis site. ## Deliverables sales team module (STM for Avactis) 1) need admin ability to add/delete/edit sales people to system for commissions (will also need reporting/export functions for commissions per sales man) and assigning customers (and their orders) to sales people 2) usage example: after system has X number of sales people setup; their assigned customers and orders will obviously start at zero 3) first order to come into system will be assigned to sales person alphabetically (this is default function; to go by first or last name with no preference) ** admin should be able to set which sales person receives first order (incase a sales team pulls straws, flips a coin or whatever way they decide who's getting the first customer/sale in the office) 4) next order will go to next person alphabetically (unless we dictate the order until each person has 1 customer/order assigned to them - such as next tallest straw example above) ** after that, all customers / orders assigned alphabetically 5) subsequent orders made by customer will stay with that sales person; they "own" the customer and all communication with them 6) when the system generates internal emails to orders at storename .com(the default method), the sales person should also receive a copy of that email to handle correspondense with the customer. the customer should receive an email from "their" sales person. ** this should apply to all steps / emails: new order, order changes / modifications, order ready to be shipped notification, order completed and shipped, etc 7) ability to run reports per sales person (as mentioned above) ** to be a sub category "function / link" of the orders area in avactis' admin 8) admin needs ability to "move" customers and their orders to other sales people incase a sales person is no longer with the company Please provide bids and time estimates as far as completion 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Avactis
