Build 200 high quality inbound links

Now we are looking for an ongoing working relationship with a professional link builder, to research and build in-bound links for our website. The first link building project is to build 200 links. If your progress on this project is satisfactory, we will build a long-term relationship with you and give you a similar project every month. Criterias for the links: 1. Links must appear on pages which are indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. 2. Links must appear on pages which are no more than two clicks away from the homepage. 3. The links should point to one of our product's homepage instead of the website's homepage. 4. The links must be spiderable, they must NOT appear on sites which are hidden by [login to view URL] files, use span tag links, or nofollows attributes, no dynamic links, or other feature that would make the links not followed by Google or other spiders. PR must pass through to our site. 5. Links must not appear on link directories. 6. All links must be permanent, one-way in-bound links (no reciprocal). 7. Links should appear on pages which are related to our niche field. 8. Links must only appear on sites which are written in English, German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese or Finnish only. 9. Preferably on content pages of one topic or theme. 10. Pagerank of 3 and above on the actual page where the link is on. 11. Never on pages of 30 or more outgoing links. 12. Plain HTML links ONLY. i.e. No classified ads, FFA, guest books, forum postings, blog spams, articles, scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms, spam sites, orphaned link pages, javascript, cloaking, 301 redirects, framed pages, flash sites, etc. 13. No use of automated software for link submission. 14. No links from gambling, porn, or other sites penalized or banned by Google. 15. 1 link per domain or IP 16. No black hat stuff. 17. All links should be free and not on paid site. Please provide us with a sample report of the work you have done in the past. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet Explorer, Netscape, and all popular web browsers.
