CMS and Follow-Up System

I am looking for a coder to create a contact management system like the one found here: [login to view URL] Username: jenni Password: jenni A design is also required, but should be clean, and an easy GUI that anyone can use. This project entails all the features listed on this page: <[login to view URL]> and those found in the membership site. I do not require the video tutorials or faq. I will also be adding a couple of components that after we discuss it, can hopefully be added in modules after the core system is built. So the coder who builds this system can expect ongoing work to add features regularly. Thanks, Jenn Added 11/7/07 All coders: I am attaching a spec sheet of all the requirements of the system. Please look that over and adjust your bids accordingly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
