CSS Layout Templates required - 1 week deadline

Please see attachment. It contains 3 images. I require 3x templates designed 100% in CSS, (no tables) for each page, and annotated if possible. Page 1 and Page 2 will be a static size. The navigation is CSS rollovers (background colour to change). Page 3 will be required to grow vertically as required. There should be 20 small black numbered buttons designed, to allow for more examples for each section. Spacing is very important in this job. I will supply all content, and graphic images where required. The templates are to be designed to allow us to copy and paste and create as many pages as we need for the whole site. The 3 templates are all that is required for this job. Deadline is one week from today. Please do not bid if you are unable to manage this timescale. I would expect an experienced CSS layout programmer to be able to complete this job in half, to one day. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The finished site will be hosted on a unix or windows based server. Completed project must consist 100% of CSS Layout, and not html and tables.
