CSS template for tech company

The project is for a standards based css template web site and associated graphics. I desire a very simple, clean site that is modern, professional and easy to navigate optimized for search engines. Given our company logo and content create a complete web template and associated buttons and graphics so that I can add to it in the future. It should incorporate the look and feel of our logo. I have enough skill to maintain, but not enough time to develop it on my own in the given time frame. I will need all the source art, preferebly in Photoshop/fireworks so I can modify graphics and buttons in the future as needed without recreating them. There will be about 10-12 pages to start. 4 seperate submision forms. A search feature for inventory. I would also like the ability to link to RSS feeds to add interest points on appropriate pages. As inspiration, I really like the following industry sites and, though I have an idea of what I want, I am open to discusion. Under no circumstances do I want anything copied. Optional - will consider AJAX implementation. The company name is International Electronic Component Exchange, website www.iecxchange.com. Find logo attached, I do have more image files for it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, MacOS, Linux Major browsers This site should comply with general browser requirements and internet standards for a broad range of visitors using diverse platforms and browsers.
