Callback System

We need a script written for an analog or digital callback system. Core requirements are as follows: Receive the Call and wait for caller ID data Receive the Caller ID Data Extract Caller ID Data Check the caller ID Data against [login to view URL] If caller ID in [login to view URL], don't answer call modify the IVR software for further support If caller ID in [login to view URL], then grab a line Use the caller ID as the destination number and dial out Allow subscribers to enter a 7 or 10 digit phone number Make sure the number is valid and free Do a flash hook and dial out If busy or no answer, let subscriber dial another number IF connected, release line Develop a web based module whereas customers can register, prepay for service and receive service upon payment clearing our payment processing center. System to be developed utilizing dialogic 4/PCI voice boards with the ability to expand as subscription base increases. Include support, installation, and deployment of script and troubleshooting until systems works flawlessly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP or whatever works best.
