I need a full blown casino. Sounds everything with a full user database. Something people can register to play login and win fake money. I want to beable to add and subtract money to peoples accounts via an admin page that only I will have access to. I need to this also to be secure so people can not cheat. I want Slots BlackJack Roulet Keno and Scratch tickets as well as poker. I also want to be able to set the winning amounts via admin page. Also I want this to be 100% fair and Random..
