Commercial Blog Sites

I am looking for someone who is good with designing blogs or can set me up with one using the various blog sites out there. I am looking for two blogs to be designed, both commercial in nature. While I have written blogs before, I have not done much programming work and therefore need someone to: 1. Determine which blog sites ([login to view URL], xanga, etc.) are best for commerical purposes (such as adding affilates, links, graphics, etc.), 2. Set up my two blogs for me so all I have to do is start adding content--this means doing all the html programming work for the ads on either side of the pages, adding RSS/ATOM feeds, etc. 3. Have an easy-to-use message board on both blogs so readers may add input, ask a question, and otherwise create a community on my blogs. 4. Get me listed on the various blog list sites that track blogs and their use. 5. Give me back a document that tells me in a very easy way how to: a.) add or delete links/affiliates, b.) add links within the content, and c.) the best way to track views/use of my blog. I will tell you what links for affiliate purposes I want on the site, sections , etc., what I want the title to be and work with you make a the appropriate URL such as "[login to view URL]" Here´s an example of a blog site I like and could be emulated (though both blogs shouldn´t look like this one--each blog should look different): [login to view URL] For a person who does this regularly, I think this is an easy job and should take a few hours at most!
