Company website

I need a website for my new company. I have attached here a power point file of what i want it to look like and added notes to the powerpoint file. if you have any questions please reply to me and i will make them clear. To make it clear on the Home Page i want a flash intro with a picture of China that when you roll over major cities (beijing, shanghai, tianjin, shenzhen, wuhan, hong kong, suzhou, nanjing, shenyang, chengdu, chongqing) they pop up. please be artistic with this. i want this to blend into the background of a "dark effect" dark blue and orange. please be artistic. we want it to look good and not look like 1990s websites. please contact me if you have any questions ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
