Complete Template workability

i have a template that was designed for me and it looks great, but the functionality of it sucks! The designer created it in photoshop. Now when i try to add buttons and change pictures they don't line up and end up looking funny. I need some one to take this design and fix it so it works user freindly. It is a catolog shopping site, i haven't put a backend to it or a shopping cart yet. I have a program in mind, but if the right person has something they could tie into the back end of my design, i would consider buying it and including it into my site. Hope to hear from you soon, i need this finished by jan 15, 2005 at the latest, as feb is my most busiest month. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
