Contemporary Real Estate Website

I want a real estate website with flash and html. I like the style of the following website <[login to view URL]>. I want different colors but I like the design. I want a contemporary site with clean lines and the colors of white, greys, black, and reds. I want this website to display my listings as well as have a link to the Multiple Listing Service so people can search all available homes on the market. I will also have several community links to different websites so people from out of the area who are moving to Riverside will be able to access information about the city. I am a young guy and I am tring to promote myself as a contemporary intelligent agent who uses technology to sell homes while still remembering people to people is important. If you would liek to bif the project please look at the above link to see what I am looking for. I do not want just a simple template that looks like every other website. I need mine to stand out. I want lots of photos and I do not want it to run slow. Please if you are going to bid give me your portfolio so I can see other websites that you have done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
