Converting text files to html

I have an old book which I wrote, Personal Property Taxation of Computer Software: A State-by-State Guide, which I want converted into html files. The book was originally printed on paper. I have a series of chapters and appendicies. The files are currently in In-Design. I want them converted to HTML and broken down as follows: 1. Each chapter is to have its own HTML file. 2. Each state in the Appendix is to be an individual file. (see [login to view URL] for an idea as to what I mean). 3. All other appendicies are to be individual files. 4. In formatting the chapters and appendicies, follow the formatting (bold, indented paragraphs, etc., as in the document) For an idea as to the quantity of material, take a look at [login to view URL] and its hyperlinks. Then multiply by 1.5 to 1.75) I want clean HTML code using standard HTML formatting. Any questions just ask.
