I need a layered Panel templare created including the following template pages: * Index page with the login box and the sign up banner. Top navigation plus one additional menu. * Sign up page * Login page * Frequently Asked Questions page * Control Panel pages: Control Panel Index, File manager, Create/delete MySQL database, phpMyAdmin, Support tickets, Application installer, Account settings, Your site statistics * Terms of Service page * Contact Us page - including a contact form. This theme is to be designed to be exactly the same as an existing Layered Panel powered website. We will provide the link to winning bidder. The design will involved cloning the website's theme and making a layered Panel Theme. All images etc will be the same and this theme template should be identical in the look of the website we will provide a link for. You will need to understand how Layered Panel works to be able to complete this project. We need this project complete within 1 week. Extension to the delivery deadline is available if needed.
