Need a website created for a new Insurance Agency business.
To get idea of what I'm looking for in design go to [www.789auto.com.... ][1] this is not my site....its just a a site that I like to have my site look like in design,function and navigation of course with some other added changes. Please submit yours bids. There three phases to this bid process
**PHASE I - Define-**In this phase, the objective is to understand clearly what the project entails and gain a mutual understanding of that.
**PHASE II - Design and Develop

**Methodology** -Thats going to be used to accomplish development of website and keep us informed of development
progress. What communication means your going to use to accomplish this?
**Visibility - Is the key ** We need someone who is sensitive due to outsourcing; we require high visibility of the WIP (work in progress). Need to know methodolgy to accomplish this requirement
1. **Prototype & Proof of Concept**: Need a prototype this will show us the shape of things to come. This shoud be the mould into which you start to breathe the breath of life into! We will give feedback to which expected modifications should be done and incorporated.
2. **Functional Specifications Document**: Before starting to actually develop the functionalities, need documenting of all the functional specifications. We review and give feedback, in this way the requirements specifications are fully captured.
**Phase III**- Deliverable finished product.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Windows XP must work on all popular browsers,. ASP preferably will consider other databases.
