Create a single web-page from a mockup . . 'now'!

Please create a simple HTML/image-only web-page from my mockup (I created in Word) - see the zip file attachment. The only requirements are the following: * We need it in the next 40 hours with several quick progress demos along the way. * To make it easy for you, all links can go to a single dummy page for testing. * Don't use javascript, php or mysql etc. * Rebuild it (ie don't use the Word html!) * The dummy menu image should be broken up into images for each button (named appropriately and with _red or _gray) but NO roll-overs etc required. Just images that are hyperlinks. Remember you don't have to build the menu for any other pages. Easy. * FLASH, Trial and Buy are just hotspot links, not text. * Our home logo, the SEARCHPREVIEWEDIT image and the girl should be separate images (you may need to split the girl in 2). * The blue hyperlinks in the always visible sub-menu should be clickable underlined blue text (ie not images) that do NOT go purple after navigation. * Make sure images are of the minimal size and appropriate formats. e.g. buttons shouldn't be jpg. * The 'Features & benefits', 'News' and 'Quick links' section titles AS WELL as the items under them should be links that underline black or red depending on the font color during HOVER and don't change color after navigation. * The home logo, software box and 'Imagine' images should all be links. * All colors and fonts are to be matched perfectly! They are either Verdana or Arial I'm pretty sure! * The blue Program5 heading should be a top-level html heading (for search engine use) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Modern web browsers
