Custom order form w/API Integration to CRM

This job posting is for a programmer who can create a web based control panel, that creates custom order forms that I can host on my own servers, that pass the data they collect through an API to my CRM software system that manages my orders, business and customer databases at [login to view URL] To be overly symplistic, I want the order forms to have the ability to add items to a customers order, while filling out the order form, by clicking simple check box buttons to add multiple fixed price, and recurring price products to the order. Also... my CRM system has several functions that happen in the background (immediately after an order is received) that will need to be considered while creating the control panel. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
