The Cyler Project v 1.0 A cycler is a program that allows people to signup and invest any given ammount. Every deposit will be bought via 10 usd units and the system sees each unit as a deposit. Every 10 usd deposit gets cycled by 2 subsequent 10 usd deposits, thus doubling the ammount the first user gave in allowing him to cashout double his deposit. in short its a large money making game that runs as long as it can. We will also advertise it as such see deliverables for details: ## Deliverables We need a script that has the following features: A 30 day Pre- Enrollment Phase where nothing gets cycled. Memebers only reserve their spots for the start. Depositing will be disabled, but people get chained in. After the 30 days people have time to fund their accounts for 5 days. Not funded accounts get deleted out of the queue. - support of E-gold as the currency of choice - We need to ARTIFICALLY slow down the payout to 30 days ( we should have the option to set the slowdown dynamically, especially later when cycle times grow to big and we need to resize them ) -- Payout is: double the ammount invested after 30 days.. 40% of the Full sum gets then automatically reinvested while users should have the option to change the compounding rate up to 100% (to fully compound his money). but 40% is the minimum... so the first month if no higher compounding rate is set, the user gets his principal back. - we need a very easy interface even for the average user to comprehend. All features and buttons (invest, set on compounding, estimated payout up to the hour with depisits listed, date and stuff) on one page - we need you to constantly monitor the script and fix loopholes and problems. Alot of hacker will try to exploit the system. We need to be on the safe side here Time works against us when running a cycler so we need to have the operation ultra smooth. - ticket system that allows us to answer customer inquiries daily and with speed.. people shall submit their questions and get answers by us or hired people that can login and answer the questions on our behalf (when the customer base gets to broad) - a rewarding referral system 2 lvls deep that pays 10% on the first lvl and 5% on the 2nd lvl getting people into the referral frenzy.. the referral fee shall be paid only on the first deposit a member makes tough and not on subsequent payments. - payouts shall be done in a masspayment form but we need to have the option to monitor the payouts carefully and not allow cheaters to steal money. This has been the downfall of also honest cyclers. It is VITAL for us to have a stable system in place to run a stabel and honest business. - E-mail adresses shall be collected and a massmailer feature implemented that allows us to quickly notify the memberbase about changes + upcoming features. - We need a safe system to minimize the risk of accounts getting hacked. As said before, the average web user has problems to udnerstand complex procedures. we need a password recovery feature with a question / answer system (only if the user types in the correct answer , he can get his password mailed to his E-mail account. - an Option to purge not used accounts to keep the database slim and good. So summarized the system needs to overcome the weaknesses of the older cyclers by beeing: - Slown down to 30 days to double (older doublers cylced as fast as it went thus beeing ultra rapid for the first deposits , then constantly slowing down while nobody was able to cycle anymore) - Bulletproof coding wise. We will rent a dedicated server to be hosted on as shared hosting holds enormous risks + is to slow to keep up with the pace.
