Deeplinking two sites

Would like to deep link to a website in order to capture demographics one time from visitor's. Currently, a online? assessment? tool is used by our site for marketing ([login to view URL]). ? The online assessment tool site captures name, email address and other demographic information. ? If a site visitor is entering this information in order to complete the assessment it would beneficial to capture the information for future marketing. There is no control of the other site. ? Looking to determine if a site visitor enters primary site ([login to view URL]) and fills out demographic form so this information is captured for our customer database. ? One more point. ? When you first hit the assessment site you are presenting with a privacy policy, where a check mark must be checked. ? Then passed to the demographic page. ? Then you begin the assessment. Can the first site pass the information to the assessment site?
