affiliate Program For OSC cart

Hello, Wanted to see if anyone knows if there is a Attribute for a Affiliate program for the OSC cart. If so then please advise and how much your bid is to install a working Affiliate program on three OSC sites, each independent from each other. The Domain name [login to view URL] must be used in any and all links generated by the affiliate program. Would like a two or three tier system, meaning that the 1st guy gets x%, refers others to the program gets a smaller % and so on etc. Please let me know and this will have to be done in a timely manner.
