audio files web site

hello, we want to be able to upload audio files on this site, [[login to view URL]][1] we want to place on the main page, the ability to listen to audio file. 1. We as admin **want to be able to upload audio** files on the main page, the files will be between 3 and 15 minutes long. 2. **Anyone can listen to them**. However, they can also sing iin or log in. It is not necessary to log in, but optional, as it is in youtube, for example. 3. Every audio file will be **placed by category, title, or t**ag.... 4. Each audio will have how **manytimes has been listened** to, and when it was uploaded as well as the rate it has. 5. **Once you signed in**, or log in, **you(as customer) could also upload audios**. So, either admin or customers can upload the audios. In orther to add audios you will have to sign up. 6. You **can search the audio** filess by category, author, etc.. 7. The audios can **be sent** by email to another person for them to listen to. 8. You will improve and organize a litle better the home page, adding the audio capacity as well as improving the overall look of it.
