Charity Facebook apps and PHP wesite featues

I am looking for a facebook app for a charity event for my sister who died, she had a baby boy then killed herself suffering from postnatal depression to do the following. The charity event is a fashion show, see [login to view URL] 1. I will have the pictures of 18 models for the Jersey Fashion Show on the Facewbook Fans Page. 2. Under each picture will be a link to Charity Choice where we have a charity [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] 3. People will click on the link under their favourite model to sponsor them, which will take them to the Charity Choice website page. ... [login to view URL] 4. I need an app which will tell me which girl has been sponsored, because there will be no way of knowing once someone has made the donation on Charity Choice. 5. The girl who raises the most amount of model will get a prize and become the top model 6. Also, we need a page on [login to view URL] to add raffle and auction items, with text, image and link to the sponsors website. 7.
