Develop a facebook graph-api code

This is a part of a facebook app, that has to be written in PHP and implemeted into the existing code and MySQL database. The details are described in the spec atatched. In short: the app is a dating faceboook app (not a phone app), and the users can purchase special points (=jokers) by 3 ways: (1) reccomend it to friends (2) post about it on their wall (3) use facebook credits the code has to enable the user to do all 3, and also manage the database. EVerything as explaiined in the spec. Please read it thoroughly before bidding. no graphic design is required. The framework would be codeigniter.
