Alter an html page with a flash banner.

I have a very simple html page that i need to alter. The page can be seen at : <[login to view URL]> The changes are as follows: [login to view URL] the banner, the frame is a gif, but it is not properly aligned, therefore i have the new gif and it has to be replaced. Also, i need the coder to let me know how i can change these images in the banner for the future. [login to view URL] logos that are seen on the right have to be aligned exactly under the main star logo in the banner and they should be about 80% smaller in size than they are now. [login to view URL] text area has to be aligned exactly where the pictures end (breath) and at the bottom end where the lenght of the logos end (height). 4.I need a DHtml menu at the bottom of the page with he following menu options: Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (all horizontal menus)and the submenus with their corresponding links will be provided after i accept the [login to view URL] menu has to be red(matching the banner) background and white lettering. [login to view URL] the tansitions and rollover has to be maintained as it is. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
