Amaranth Sports and Entertainment Corporate Website(repost)

My company's name is Amaranth Sports and Entertainment; we are a sports and entertainment marketing/management/consulting company. The site will be around 7 to 10 pages. We want it to be a flash website because we don't have many images to use and feel like this may help us get around that problem. If the designer or developer could help with stock photography that would be excellent as well. The images we’re looking for are any that have to do with football, basketball or track and field. We want the site to be creative, innovative and fun because it's a sports and entertainment company. The logo will be provided and we want the site to work well with the color of the logo. We will also be using a flash intro (and we can provide an idea of what we want the intro to look like. We will provide the words for this intro and we want it to end with our logo using an effect similar to what is found at [login to view URL] (after clicking 'enter the site' and the play button is drawn). We may want to avoid a black website though unless done well. The sections will be: - Home page (with recent news section. Our motto should also appear on this page: “fostering and cultivating sports and entertainment business innovations??) - About Us (with our team section) - Our Services - The Amaranth Advantage - Divisions - Strategic partners (the logos of our partners will be provided for this page) - Contact Us (we want to use a form with the following fields: name, company, email, telephone, submission type (options: business inquiry, suggestion, question, other) and message) Also on the contact us page should be “Email: info@[login to view URL]? to give people the option of emailing directly rather than using the form. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
