Assistance in development of website design

We are a startup and we are in the process of creating a website along with a database. Main page along with other parts of the template created in photoshop is already made and the core idea is already invisioned. I would need someone to assist me by developing the rest of the template which would be submitted to my coder that connects it to the database. Parts that we will need help is: Checkout process, about us, user account page, tuturial page etc. I will break it down in more detail apon bids as well as show main template that we shall work by.
