Audio/Video messenger Customization

Have Flash source for both 123FlashChat ([login to view URL])and flashchat ([login to view URL]) Im looking for customization and additional features added: - Messenger Size Window Environment (like MSN) when application loads - Friends list (with status, online, offline, away…, custom message) - Lobby (Seperate Popup window) - Chat Rooms (seperate Popup Window instance) 3 max - Video Module (seperate popup window instance) 5 max • Root Master Admin Console needs to be browser based as well as tied to the application. • When "Room Admin's" creates new moderator, he can assign a custom icon, although the moderator can change his icon/text color from the chat console after he logs in. (moderator and admin icons are special designs only for them.) • Root Master Admin can upload more users and admin/moderator icons (jpeg/swf) icons • "Room Admin/moderator" can click a button to mute all the mics to the room users, so he can talk and all of them will hear them. • Interoperability with AOL, MSN, YAHOO messengers • Off line messages (?) • File Transfer • Usernames are color coded based on account status (Free "Black", Silver"Blue", Gold "Green")
