Audio editing flash script

I need a flash script that loads an mp3 file and shows it in waveform. The user then selects a "time window" of the waveform and clicks on a button to post parameters form the flash script to the webserver through POST. Check [login to view URL] to se a perfect example of what I want. (Only "step 2" on that site) ## Deliverables The script must take the following parameters: audio_source = the original mp3 file post_to = url where the script shall POST the resulting parameters submit_button_text = Text of the submit button, normally "Lag ringetone!" fade_in_text = Text next to the checkbox, normally "Fade in" fade_out_text = Text next to the checkbox, normally "Fade out" Parameters that the script should post: - Start_time of the time window selected - Stop_time of the time window selected - Fade_in true or false - Fade_out true or false - Duration of the time window User experience: - Drag n drop on boundaries of the time window - Checkboxes on fade in/fade out. - Playback (with play/stop button like audiko) of the selected time window. Please note that the fade in/fade out checkbox should be reflected in the playback. - Colorscheme should be something like [login to view URL] with grey/dark background and blue overlay box for the time window. Other info: - Duration of the fade in and fade out should be 2,5 seconds, linear curve. - Volume of the playback should be 80% or something. If you just can make it like on audiko step 2 then I will be happy, but of course no exact ripoff :-)
