CSS Work and Flash Update

This project has two parts. CSS work and flash work. CSS Work This project requires coder to ensure all our site pages are compatible with the most recent versions of all the popular browsers, including Netscape, Firefox, IE and others. The index page requires alot of work as it does not display correctly in Netscape. An image is attached to show an example. The Background changer installed in the site via site admin also does not work in Netscape and needs to be addressed. The site displays well in IE and coder will be required to ensure that site displays exactly the same in other browsers. FLASH Work Her coder is required to update our main flash display in [login to view URL] to incorporate a drop down and text display which will be controlled via site admin similar to the one on <[login to view URL]> as well as add a color highlight to the numbers in the flash box which would inform the user of which picture is being displayed in the movie. Coder should have advanced knowledge of flash, photoshop, php, and html ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
