The objective of this bid request is to create a mock-up (not functioning) web-based user interface for a “Home Theater Planner.?? The Planner would give clients the ability to quickly and easily create complete packages by making choices from each of these categories:
* TV or Projector (18 choices)
* Furniture i.e. Armoire, Consoles (20 choices)
* Seating (30 choices)
* Receiver & DVD Player (6 choices)
* Surround Sound Speaker Sets (12 choices)
* Surge Protection, Wire & Cables (8 choices)
* Remote Control (3 choices)
The interface must be engaging, easy-to-use, intuitive and fun. The interface must include a “Total?? field that shows the current price of the current configuration.
Bidders may pull product images from these websites to create the mock-up/sample interface:

We will accept five bids. A $250 bonus will be given to the bidder with the best concept. This will be awarded via the “pay bonus?? option on RAC.
After we have identified the best interface, we will begin the database integration phase. This will be bid separately.
## Deliverables
Along with the mock-up interface, the bidders must provide the list of programs used to create the interface and the suggested platform (i.e. Flash, DHTML) for the Internet. The bidder must also provide, in zip format, all graphics, .fla files, Javascript, and so on used to develop the interface.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
