Design of static website for an information portal website

Requirements in Nutshell: 1. Design of landing page for advertisements in PPC, traffic exchanges, etc 2. Design of content page 3. Add content to content page. All pages will be static HTML pages. Total number pages the contents to be added is approximately 20 (may be less). All contents are ready except for two pages ??" expected to complete by this week I have the first 10 pages with contents loaded in a model HTML template. I will provide rest of the templates also in similar fashion and so adding contents to the content pages are going to be mostly cut and paste. The following is expected from coder: 1. Design a new landing page or design one based on the current model template 2. Design a new content template or use the current one and enhance 3. If new content page is designed, should transfer the contents to the new page. 4. Make necessary changes in the HTML code and add tags that are required for search engines 5. There may be rework required at least until the first few pages are completed. Coder should be willing to do any rework required. 6. The final completed work should be ready for putting the site live. Requirement for bidders: Since the landing page is very critical, coder might be willing provide samples of landing pages created by him before. If the coder cannot provide this, the coder should be willing to provide a prototype based on similar example website I provide. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML
