Digital File Post Application

I need a program written in C++/Visual Basic/Flash that will be a standalone application that can run on a desktop machine and ask the user for their: username, password. It will then post this information to a website program written by us that will check them in the database and if they exist send a variable back to the program letting them know they are logged in. The second screen would have to fields. Email to Send To, and browse (so they can find a file on their computer) there will be a SEND button on that screen and it will HTTP-POST the file and field to a program sitting on our server that will take care of the rest. It needs to have a uploading status bar once they hit send and a cancel button. When finished it needs to say done and ask for another address to send. The entire program needs to be a small application window that has a logo on the left visible the entire time. We will provide that jpg and the dimensions of the program once we accept someones bid. There is a similiar program on <[login to view URL]> called DigiDelivery. You can actually download this program for free. We do not want to copy this program, ours will be a little more advanced. But it is a good guide to look at since it is similar. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This needs to be able to run on Windows 98, XP AND Mac OSX
