CMS driven website needed ASAP flex

I need a CMS system to drive a complex website. The design of the website and HTML is done. The website uses many icons in categories and we need a way to manage these on the pages, as many pages share the same icons. The information content on the website itself must also be managed in the admin area. There will also be the ability for admin to add in Research articles and News items. There will also be a registration facility which already exists on the website as it is now, but will need to be re-written in a new programming language as it is currently written in Coldfusion. More info is written on the attached word document. The website must be extendable as there will be other phases of development. This is just Phase 1 for now. Only honest and reliable developers will be considered. Bad feedback will be left for timewasters with no compromise. Need a team of developers who ask the right questions and provide ideas for solutions. We have hosting already with CFMX. Website must be developed on our own platform behind the scenes, leaving the current website as it is until the new one has been signed off. I am outsourcing this for a client, so the client must not have any direct contact, hence the need to develop directly on our servers.
