Buddypress compatible wordpress MU theme creation

I need a theme created based on a image file we have already created for something else. We want a similar styling with the logo, images and colors. This theme will be used on wordpress multisite and will have buddypress installed. I will need it to be seamless and attractive and also have the ability to add widgets in sidebars and widget areas. Ideally it would have customizable columns (ie the option of a sidebar(s) or not). It needs to have the full functionality of buddypress and not look like a patch up job. We will be also be installing wpjobboard plugin on the site and it will need all the widget areas available for that also. A simple full page landing/login page for this also would be a plus (one large logo or image which has a "login" or "join us" feature as the landing page. I have attached the image file.
