Build a Promotional page of our website

we have a e-commerce website, launching will be soon, but before launching we want to add a promotional campaign, i need a guy who can build a page where our logo & website related images(give it to you by us) start a page with "Get your Gift" enter , next page will be registration page with right side bar a flash or any script like our products moving with our some text, when registration confirm then the next page will be thank you page with restrict 3 referral email forms, when click on referral page then it will go to images pages where customer select only one item , then on go to delivery charges with our custom prices on country basis, we have more work to go reply fast, em online now, i need it immediately
