Dear Sir/Madam, We will need some more details regarding the project to give a more accurate bid. We have all the knowledge in house, to build an API solutions using the techniques your requested. We have the following questions: 1. On top of which platform? 2. Insides about what the API needs to be doing in the background. Which logic? A sync processing? 3. Wishes regarding error handling? 4. Load it needs to be able to handle. 5. If we need to follow any API architecture (SOAP, UDDI, WSDL, other?) 6. If we need to connect with existing infrastructure or software? 7. Output format?
