Change a Wordpress Template

I need someone to make changes to an existing wordpress template: Excellent HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP and responsive design skills are required. It's a single page - parallax layout - with 7 sections. You'll have to be a full time freelancer which is always reachable. You'll have to be available to start right away. There are some urgent changes/corrections that need to be done right right now. You must start right away, and show something complete in an hour or so. You'll have to have free time in the next days as well. You'll have to speak / write fluent English. You'll have to have good rating already. I've had a really bad experiences with past developers... this can't happen again. You'll receive detailed instructions on what has to be done so there won't be any surprises. You'll have to be 100% sure that you can do it. Show-me 2 or 3 links of you work (obviously WP-related). If you mention other skills, you'll be ignored, because you didn't understand what I wrote or didn't even bother to read it. If you work doesn't validate, don't bother. You'll be ignored. The maximum budget for this is 150 USD which is more than enough if you have the right skills. If you bid more, you'll be ignored. Small milestone payments will be made upon completion of the small tasks. The payment will be released in the end, after the client's approval. After everything is as it should. If you don't agree with this, don't bid. Thanks
