Create Joomla template and apply to existing tennis coach website

Our current website is at www. t e n n i s s q u a d.net. it is a Joomla 2.5 site. We would like a new template design and installed with the following changes: 1. The main menu should be horizontal, just below the latest news section. Menu Items should read Home, About Us (drop down containing Coaching Team), News, Coaching (drop down containing Penarth Windsor, Newport Tennis Centre, Taffs Well and Raglan), Competitions, Community (drop down containing Tennis with a Diff), Equipment (drop down containing Rackets Shoes & Equipment, Racket Restringing and Tennis Squad Kit), Book Now, Contact. All items should fit onto one line. 2. The latest news should scoll left to right links to news articles continuously (small spacers or ' | ' between each article link) 3. The footer should read 'Copyright Tennis Squad' 4. We would ideally like a bit more colour in the template, using tennis imagery and matching our logo colours. 5. We would like prominent Facebook/Twitter/Youtube buttons in the header area somewhere. 6. We would like some larger buttons in the homepage content area: Coaching, Competitions and Book Online. All our current modules and plugins should work with the new template. We do not want a new install, just a new template applied to the current website. Bidders should ask if they have any questions. Design mockups will help applications and the winning bidder will be given admin and control panel access.
